Piccard Financial was founded in 1984 by visionary entrepreneur Samson Mishael in Beverly Hills, CA. What began as a small single-family office soon evolved into one of the most esteemed commercial real estate structured finance firms in Southern California. Samson’s passion for real estate and his keen eye for opportunities laid the foundation for our success. 

Over the years, Piccard Financial flourished under Samson’s leadership, earning a solid reputation for innovative financing solutions. However, a period of unforeseen illness temporarily affected the company’s trajectory. In 2019, Aaron Mishael, Samson’s son, assumed the role of President, determined to continue his father’s legacy and guide Piccard Financial to new heights.

At the helm of Piccard Financial is Aaron Mishael, a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of real estate finance. Aaron’s vision, combined with his passion for the industry, has invigorated the company, infusing it with fresh ideas and renewed energy. 

Working alongside Aaron is Andrew Sawyer, a Partner and the Head of Capital Markets at Piccard Financial. With his exceptional leadership, Andrew played a pivotal role in spearheading the launch of Piccard’s Structured Debt & Equity Financing services. Drawing upon his extensive experience and expertise in capital markets and debt and equity advisory services, Andrew brings a forward-thinking approach and remarkable market foresight to our team. His unparalleled understanding of the industry enables us to deliver comprehensive and customized solutions that cater to the unique needs of our clients.
