Andrew embarked on his career as a capital markets analyst, honing his expertise while working on a remarkable $500 million worth of executable transactions for a prominent middle market firm based in Los Angeles. Through his dedication and talent, he swiftly ascended the ranks, attaining the position of Associate and, remarkably, becoming the youngest Director in the firm's history. His primary focus revolved around providing invaluable debt and equity advisory services across a wide array of commercial property types, including multifamily residences, retail spaces, office complexes, industrial facilities, and hospitality properties.
